This covers the orderwell.app waitlist, operated by Middle Middle, LLC. The app is covered by our Privacy Policy.

What we collect

We store your mobile number, country, signup date, launch-text consent and, when sent, the text’s date on our server. Survey answers are completely optional, saved with your number and used to improve OrderWell. We ask for extra consent before saving a GLP-1 “Yes” or “No” answer. Skip any question or finish without answering.

How we use it

We manually text you once when OrderWell launches. No ongoing marketing, selling your information, advertising trackers or website analytics.

Who sees it

Middle Middle, LLC can access the list. Cloudflare hosts it and provides the anti-bot check, processing technical data for security. Providers may process data outside your country. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Retention and deletion

We delete your record 30 days after the launch text or 12 months after signup, whichever comes first. Cleanup runs daily; provider backups may follow separate retention periods.

To delete your information, withdraw medication consent or opt out, email ethan@middlemiddlellc.com, or reply STOP to the launch text.
